How do our guests park and how do they receive discounted rate
We have self parking in our open lot and garage structure. Unfortunately, we do not provide valet parking. Guests would bring their parking ticket to the wedding location and we will have a validation box available to code their discounted rate. Payment for parking can be made at any of the self pay machines or at the Front Desk.
What time can I get into the room to set-up?
Standard timeframe is 2 hours prior to start time. See your Event Sales Manager for specific times on your day, times may vary based on the date.
Who do I work with for my wedding cake?
We partner with the Baking Institute. You can set up an appointment directly with the Baking Institute and they will walk you through the process of picking your design, cake flavors, frosting type and even if you would like upgrades beyond the package.
What size dance floor can I have?
Our dance floors are flexible in size. Each section is 4'x 4' and can put together in different shapes and sizes. See your Event Sales Manager for specific on what will fit your needs and the banquet room you have for your reception. Maximum size is 40'x40'
What is the deposit and payment schedule?
The initial non-refundable deposit of 20% of your minimum is due upon signing of the contract. Based on the length of time until the wedding day, we can set up a variety of payment schedules. Final payment is due one week prior to the wedding.
Do I require a Wedding Planner?
We highly recommend a wedding planner either to assist you from the beginning or a day of planner is very helpful in many ways.
If I have a ceremony at the hotel, how do we coordinate the rehearsal?
Ceremony rehearsal space will be blocked the day prior to your ceremony based on your time frame. Your Officiant will conduct and oversee your rehearsal.
When should my vendors arrive and where do they unload?
Standard timing is two hours prior to the start time of your ceremony or reception, but based on the date we may be able to give you additional setup time. Check with your Event Sales Manager on specific load in locations based on your reception space.
Are there any additional charges I should keep in mind?
Based on your needs, there may be additional charges for Audio Visual equipment and services, Extra power requirements, Gift Bag delivery to guest room, Upgrades to your bar or late night snacks, and other items that the hotel does not provide in our package.
What color linen is included in the package?
The hotel can provide your choice of floor length imperial striped Ivory, White or Black tablecloths with Ivory, White or Black napkins.

Use the rooming list template to provide your guests details. If the rooming list does not contain credit card information, you can send it directly to your Event Manager. If you will include individual credit card numbers for each guest, see your Event Manager for next steps.

Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.
HyRes
Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
